Reginald has always been passionate about solving problems and challenging people to aspire and contribute to sustainable impact. Following his passion for problem-solving, Reginald has committed to a career in ICT over the last fifteen years. He graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he obtained his BSc in computer science and MSc in management information systems. Over his fifteen years of experience as a technologist, Reginald has devoted himself to developing digital solutions that drive sustainable change in societies and organisations.
As the chief technology officer, Reginald looks forward to conceptualising and designing digital solutions that impact people’s lives, especially in developing countries. Reginald specialises in creating software systems and managing software engineering projects. Over the years, Reginald has carefully listened to and customised solutions for governments and international development partners.
While working on diverse projects at Bewsys, Reginald is also committed to making a meaningful impact on sustainable development through leadership. At the heart of his leadership is the objective to drive millennials in developing countries to value and co-create in using technology to improve lives and organisations; especially in advancing the SDGs. This mission has informed his devotion to mentor, design, and implement training programs for the IT team and the organisation. Reginald’s mission is to support the development of millennials’ technical and soft skills through challenging and high-value projects that create and grow organisational and stakeholder value while enhancing the professional experience and growth of the team.
