Sandra Selby-Annor

Human Resources Manager

Sandra is an experienced human resources manager with over a decade’s history of working in the financial and IT consultancy sectors. Sandra holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Ghana and a master’s in business administration in human resources management from the University of Ghana Business School. She is currently pursuing a professional certification at the Institute of Human Resources Management Practitioners, Ghana.

Sandra’s vision for her role is to provide services supporting Bewsys' vision by promoting the concept that our employees are our most valuable resource. To Sandra, human resource management is a catalyst in creating an enabling environment for all employees to contribute at optimum levels toward the business’ success and advance personal career fulfilment. Her objective is to maintain and enhance the firm's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Sandra’s leadership at Bewsys has led to transformational milestones, including the organisation’s transition to a hybrid company where employees can work remotely or from a physical corporate office. The objective of this milestone was to create a more flexible working environment for employees at Bewsys by prioritising welfare, unique employee capabilities, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Today, Bewsys can recruit and maintain global talents towards innovation and sustainable impact without barriers. In addition to creating an enabling organisational culture, Sandra’s mission is to ensure that the organisation’s leadership and policies prioritise gender equality and inclusion to contribute to the paradigm shift in normalising women’s contribution to high impact technology in developing countries.
