Ulrich Gros
Board of Director
Ulrich started as an Investment Manager for a large German banking organization, responsible for structured and buy-out financing for small and mid-cap companies. The last 20 years he worked as Chief Financial Officer for the Immowelt Group, a fast-growing German company in the online classified business. He has a BA from the University of Nuremberg and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program on Business, Innovation, Leadership (2018).

Erika Amoako-Agyei
Board of Director
Erika spent 10 years with IBM Corporation, starting in the U.S. and then in West Africa. As Country General Manager, she managed IBM operations and provided leadership for IBM’s re-entry and market expansion into West Africa. She founded Africa Intercultural Consulting, a management and cross-cultural training firm in the U.S. Since 2016. She has been a business coach at the Stanford Institute for Innovation and Developing Economies (Seed)

Pierre Brunache, Jr.

Pierre has over 20 years of success leading high visibility projects that drive business growth, sustainability, and profits in more than 25 countries in Africa and the Caribbean. He facilitates long-term partnerships between public and private sector leaders to maximize youth and gender capacity, food security, job creation, and economic growth in developing countries.

Robert Okine
Chief Executive Officer
Robert has spearheaded digital transformation projects in over 60 developing countries to bridge inequality and advance global sustainable development. In 2021, he was named the SDG Pioneer for Digital Innovation and Inclusion by the UN Global Compact. Robert is a Graduate of Stanford University Seed Program.
