Ulrich Gros
Advisory Board Member
Ulrich started as an Investment Manager for a large German banking organization, responsible for structured and buy-out financing for small and mid-cap companies. The last 20 years he worked as Chief Financial Officer for the Immowelt Group, a fast-growing German company in the online classified business. He has a BA from the University of Nuremberg and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program on Business, Innovation, Leadership (2018).

Erika Amoako-Agyei
Advisory Board Member
Erika spent 10 years with IBM Corporation, starting in the U.S. and then in West Africa. As Country General Manager, she managed IBM Ghana operations and provided leadership for IBM’s re-entry and market expansion into West Africa. She founded Africa Intercultural Consulting, a management and cross - cultural training firm in the U.S. Since 2016, she has been a business coach at the Stanford Institute for Innovation and developing Economies (Seed)

Adam Saffer

Adam has 35 years of global investment, development, and executive management experience in frontier and emerging markets. He most recently was the Managing Director of the Nigeria Agribusiness Investment Facility, where he built a local team of 40 Nigerians and raised over $50M in debt and equity from bilateral donors (USAID, DFID, EU, GIZ), development banks (World Bank, IFC, DFC, African Development Bank), and corporate foundations (BMGF, Master Card, Chevron Foundation).

He facilitates long-term partnerships between public and private sector leaders to maximize youth and gender capacity, food security, job creation, and economic growth in developing countries.
